The surgery date is reserved with a prior deposit of US$ 500, at least 3 months before the desired date.

The deposit request is in order to reserve and secure the date for a patient, both for the availability of all surgical medical equipment and space in the operating room.

When a patient books a surgery date, this date is assigned for this patient. With this occupancy, that date is denied to other patients and the available surgery spaces in the clinic’s operating rooms are limited, so that this date cannot be used by another patient, nor the operating room by another surgeon in the clinic. /span>

We understand that unforeseeable events may occur that may prevent the patient from performing the surgery on the scheduled date. For this reason, we are also able to allow changes in the date of surgery, which will be carried out exclusively on one occasion.

Cancellations without prior notice from the patient leave us without the opportunity to assign the surgery location to another person, as well as the lack of availability in the operating room to be used by another surgeon in the clinic. .

For these reasons, in cases of cancellation or change of surgery date, a penalty will be applied.

The reservation deposit is NOT refundable.

In case of exceptions, the surgery may be postponed to a future date, leaving this deposit as a guarantee of the administrative planning carried out to date.

Dr. Peña reserves the right to cancel a surgery when there are significant weight changes between the time of the consultation and the surgery. In this case, the penalty for cancellation or postponement of the date also applies.

Payments made for medical consultations and/or check-ups are NOT refundable.
