Dr. Franklin Peña is a Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon, graduated from the Plastic Sugery School, Hospital Civil of Guadalajara, also graduated by the prestigious University of Guadalajara (U de G) in Jalisco, Mexico.
He completed his training in General Surgery at Padre Billini Teaching Hospital in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; attached to the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
He graduated with honors from the School of Medicine at Universidad Central del Este (UCE), where he is also a Professor of Plastic Surgery. Maintains his practice private in Santo Domingo and San Pedro de Macorís in the Dominican Republic.

Member of the Dominican Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (SODOCIPRE), has accreditation from the Dominican College of Surgeons, he is a member of the Dominican Medical Association (CMD) and is part of the Dominican Association of Biomedical Journal Editors, among others.
He has the exequatur of law No. 14005 and the Dominican Medical College registration No. 18677.
