]]> Arrived in the world as Franklin Isaías Peña Romero, from a young age he knew that his life would be linked to medicine. He became a doctor at the Central Eastern University (UCE) and his preparation continued and at the Padre Billini Hospital, where he did his training in general surgery.

In the Civil Hospital of Guadalajara (Mexico) he studied Plastic Surgery. He is married to Zodale Marie Pichardo, and they have procreated two children: Adele Marie Peña (11 years old) and the restless Franklin Isaías Peña III (8 years old).
